Using an electroencephalogram—commonly known as an EEG—we chart and measure your brainwave activity. It is a painless, non-invasive procedure in which two sensors are connected to specific sites on the surface of your head.

The sensors monitor the different types of brainwaves you produce, display them on a computer screen, and help you identify those which require improved fitness. A typical neurofeedback session is 30 to 45 minutes. The number of sessions required will vary by the individual and the condition for which he or she is being treated.
